Expectations

Rather than a set of rules by which children must abide, at Kidgate Primary Academy we believe it is important  for both staff and children to talk in terms of our Expectations.  In doing so we develop a positive ethos, where we can 'publicly praise positive' elements of the Expectations, whilst 'discussing disappointment discretely' when actions or behaviour do not quite meet the expected level.
