Year 3 had a wonderful time exploring Lincoln Castle, learning more about the Romans. They became archaeologists by taking part in a dig, handled artefacts, learnt the testudo formation and even had a sword fight! Year 3 definitely know why the Romans were so successful now. We would like to thank the parents who volunteered their time, so that this trip could happen - thank you so much. The children had a fantastic time!
