This week, Year 3 had the opportunity to design and make their own seasonal tart! They cut and grated their own ingredients, that could only be sourced locally. It was wonderful seeing how many children tasted something that maybe they hadn't before. Later on, they of course tasted their tarts, and each others! They evaluated what they liked and didn't like. Yum, yum!
