Everyone at Kidgate, including staff, enjoyed an inspiring morning of performances and interactive workshops with Rocksteady Music School. The children had opportunities to listen to a range of instruments, sing their favourite songs and perform in a band. The children were incredibly engaged throughout the workshops and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of musical opportunities. 

A letter has been sent home as the company will be offering the opportunity for our current EYFS to Year 5 children to sing up to weekly Music lessons in September. During the Music sessions, the children will have the opportunity to learn to play a selected instrument, create their very own band and perform their compositions in a termly concert.
